Welcome!

As a systemic business coach and organizational consultant, I support people, teams, and organizations in development, change, and sustainability processes. I do this through workshops, leadership retreats, team days, consultations, training sessions, and individual coaching sessions. By listening, reflecting, analyzing, supporting individuals, teams, leaders and management teams in deciding, prototyping and implementing - and always in iterative loops.

My approach

My work is guided by psychological and sociological approaches to get perspectives on people and their interaction in social systems. Especially the world of Niklas Luhmanns' "Systemtheorie" as well as cybernetics, and constructivism influence the way I work with people and organisations. At the same time I include agile methodologies into my work, tailored to the needs of my clients. I understand people and organizations their very own experts and support them developling their specific way forward, in harnessing existing resources for change, preserving what is worth preserving, and recognizing patterns and setting them in motion.

 

In doing so, I draw on my knowledge as well as my professional and life experience. In change processes, in conflicts, at home and abroad, in the German Bundestag, federal ministries and agencies, in law firms, NGOs, and companies. As a lawyer, human resources professional, organizational consultant, and coach, as a colleague and manager, as a mentor and learner. I draw on my own experiences with crises and change, reflecting on what works and where I can be effective. I am guided by a never-ending curiosity about organizations and people and their interactions for the further development and preservation of this world.
